Content and SEO teams, especially in B2B SaaS, that publish at volume and want AI search tracking connected to the system that writes and refreshes their pages.
Not ideal for
Owners who only want to know whether AI recommends them, or small sites with a handful of pages that do not need a content production system.

  • AirOps MCP for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools
  • AirOps Services: channel experts who execute alongside your team

What AirOps is

AirOps (legal name Rivington Labs, Inc., founded 2022, offices in New York and San Francisco) pitches itself as the platform to run the strategy that wins AI discovery. In practice it combines two things most tools keep apart: measurement of how you appear in AI and classic search, and production of the content meant to change it.

On the measurement side, Insights tracks AI citations, share of voice and competitors across answer engines, next to Google Search Console and GA4 data. On the production side, a Brand Kit holds approved brand facts, Knowledge Bases feed research, and agents and workflows draft, publish and refresh pages through CMS integrations (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, Sanity). An MCP server exposes Brand Kit and Insights to tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. AirOps also sells services: channel experts who do the work alongside your team.

Customers it names include Webflow, Ramp, Carta, Chime and HubSpot, which tells you the typical buyer: a content team at a growth-stage or enterprise company.

The AirOps pricing page shows no amount for Pro, so "airops pricing" has a partial answer: you can start free and see the paid price inside the product or from sales. Extra tasks on Solo cost $0.025 each.

Strengths and limits

Strengths. Measurement and content production in one system, so a gap in AI answers can turn directly into a brief or a refreshed page. A real free tier. Broad CMS and MCP integrations. Optional services if you lack the people.

Limits. The free tier tracks ChatGPT only. Pro pricing is not public. A content production system is more than many small companies need; if your site has twenty pages, the bottleneck is usually a few missing facts, not publishing volume (see query fan-out for why specific answers matter).

AirOps and GetPicked

AirOps is a content operations platform: it measures AI visibility and then helps your team produce and refresh content at scale. GetPicked starts with a Pick Check (free with an account) across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok and gives a small company a short list of copy-ready fixes, or a done-with-you Fix Pack, verified after they go live. AirOps fits a content team with volume; GetPicked fits a company that needs a few specific fixes made with it.

GetPicked wrote this page and sells a competing product. Facts above come from AirOps's own pages, linked below.
