Questions

What is free, and what needs an account?
The GEO/SEO audit needs no account: it crawls your public pages and checks AI crawler access. A free account adds the Pick Check, which asks each AI engine three buyer questions about your category once a day.
What does Pick Monitor measure?
Every week it asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok the same buyer questions several times and reports how often each one names you, with a range. AI answers vary from run to run, so we never report a single rank.
What is the difference between Pick Monitor and the Fix Pack?
Pick Monitor ($29/month) measures and tracks fix tickets that you ship. The Fix Pack ($499, one-time) is done with you: we implement the fixes from your report, you approve every change, and we re-measure at day 30.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your account; the plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and your results are kept.
Do you guarantee that AI engines will recommend me?
No. Nobody controls AI answers. We measure how often you are picked, fix what we can see is missing, and show the before and after on the same questions.
