About GetPicked

GetPicked (getpicked.app) measures how often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity recommend a website, app or store, and helps fix what keeps them from doing so. It offers a free GEO/SEO audit, a free Pick Check with an account, paid monitoring plans, and a one-time Fix Pack.

Use of the site and free audits

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission. The guides and data pages on this site are copyright GetPicked.

Free audits and Pick Checks are limited per day per visitor, per account and overall. You may not use them for bulk crawling, denial-of-service activity, scanning sites you are not authorized to evaluate, or getting around those limits.

Accounts

You need an account for the Pick Check and paid plans. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us; deleting it cancels any active plan and removes your monitored sites and connected tokens.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Pick Monitor and Agency are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

The Fix Pack is a one-time, done-with-you service for one site, ordered from that site's audit report. Its scope is the one described on the pricing page and at checkout. We approve every change with you before it ships.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions.Cancel any time from Settings, Plan & billing, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; you will not be charged again. We do not refund partial months.

Fix Pack. If we have not started work, we refund it in full on request. If we do not deliver the scope described at checkout, we refund it in full.

None of this limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live. To ask for a refund, email getpicked@onenano.tech from the address on your account.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Educational content and audit reports on AI product visibility, AEO, GEO, and SEO are informational only. Audits are based on sampled public pages and do not include keyword volume, current rankings, backlinks, analytics, or competitor crawler data unless explicitly stated. GetPicked makes no guarantee that following any guidance will improve AI search rankings, citations, recommendations, or sales. AI systems change frequently; information may become outdated.

Competitor comparisons

Comparison pages on this site reflect our best understanding of competitor products at the time of publication. Features and pricing change. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of competitor information and recommend verifying directly with each provider. Comparison pages include a “last reviewed” date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetPicked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision; we email paying customers about material changes before they apply. For questions, contact getpicked@onenano.tech.
