Hall (Hall Technologies Pty. Ltd.) built AI visibility analytics: generative answer insights, website citation insights, AI agent analytics and conversational commerce tracking across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI and DeepSeek. On 21 July 2026 Hall announced it is now part of Tracksuit, the brand tracking company. Existing users can still log in, and new users join a waitlist for the AI visibility product through Tracksuit.

What Hall does

  • Generative answer insights: how your brand appears in AI conversations
  • Website citation insights: conversations where your site is referenced
  • Agent analytics: how AI agents and crawlers use your website
  • Conversational commerce: embedded ecommerce in AI answers
  • Daily data updates, projects and tracked questions per plan

What Hall was built to do

Hall says it was founded because brand marketers have a new audience: the AI models people consult before they buy. Before the acquisition, its product had four parts:

  • Generative answer insights. How your brand and company appear in AI conversations, a form of AI brand monitoring.
  • Website citation insights. The AI conversations where your website is referenced, which is where AI citations show up.
  • Agent analytics. How autonomous AI agents and crawlers use your website. Hall also ran a public directory of AI agents and bots.
  • Conversational commerce. Performance of embedded ecommerce inside AI answers.

Hall's site listed monitoring pages for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI and DeepSeek.

Plans before the acquisition

Hall's pricing page, captured by the Wayback Machine on 17 July 2026, showed three sales-led plans:

PlanProjectsTracked questionsAnswers analyzed per monthContributors
Starter2050045,0002
Business501,000120,0005
EnterpriseCustomCustomCustomCustom, plus API access and audit log

All three updated data daily, allowed unlimited viewers and included unlimited AI agent analytics. Every plan used a Contact sales button, so no prices were public.

Hall is now part of Tracksuit

On 21 July 2026, Hall's homepage was replaced by an announcement: Hall is now part of Tracksuit. The argument is that what an AI model says about your brand largely reflects how well known and trusted the brand already is, so it is "a brand problem" more than a search problem. Inside Tracksuit, LLM brand health will sit next to Tracksuit's survey-based human brand health data, drawing on a dataset covering thousands of brands and categories.

For users this means: existing customers can still log in at app.usehall.com, and new customers join a waitlist for the AI visibility product on Tracksuit's site. Features, engines and pricing for that product are not yet published.

Alternatives while the waitlist is open

If you need tracking now, self-serve options include Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Trakkr. For an enterprise suite, see Profound.

Hall and GetPicked

Hall measures how AI models describe brands and, inside Tracksuit, is moving toward pairing that with survey-based brand health. GetPicked is aimed at a different job: a Pick Check (free with an account) of how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok answer for your site, then copy-ready fixes verified after they go live, with a human approving each change. Choose Hall and Tracksuit for brand measurement at scale; choose GetPicked if you need to find and fix why engines skip you.

GetPicked wrote this page and sells a competing product. Facts above come from Hall's own pages, linked below.
